Your comeback doesn’t have to be perfect – what matters is that you start. Tailored to your current fitness level. We’ll begin right where you are – and that’s absolutely enough.

Día 1

Find your “why” – Write down why you want to get fit again. Use real feelings – what’s truly behind it for you? Do you want to feel comfortable in your body again? Have more energy in everyday life? Feel stronger? Write it down – this is your inner drive for the days when motivation is missing.

Día 2

Move gently & feel your mood – Take a 15-minute walk, do some light stretching, or put on your favorite song and just dance it out. No pressure – the goal is simply to get moving. Also, start thinking about your “comeback workout” for tomorrow: Gym, a Workout at Home, a short run… Choose something that feels easiest for your first session back!

First step – Do your first workout today. The fact that you’re starting again is what really counts! Pick a beginner-friendly workout using your body weight or some light weights – whether on YouTube, at the gym, or right at home. Choose the workout that matches your current mood. What would you enjoy most today? Let’s get this comeback started!
