Set your intention & reward yourself – Write down your “why” and choose a personal reward for completing 7 substance-free days.

Day 2

Replace triggers – Notice when and why you reach for substances, and choose a healthy alternative: exercise, strength training, quick home workouts (e.g., push-ups), a walk, listening to music, a cup of coffee or tea, or deep breathing.
