Day 1

First 15-minute yoga flow: Choose a 15-minute yoga flow today – from YouTube, your memory, or our suggested playlist. Keep it relaxed and do it in a way that feels good for you.

Day 2

15–20 minute yoga flow: Follow a flow from our suggested playlist or YouTube. Fully relax and, if you feel like it, add extra exercises after the flow for more movement.

Day 3

Add a mantra today: Choose a mantra that brings you strength and confidence in the “here and now.” Repeat it before and during your yoga flow – for example, “I am fully present with myself now” or “My body is strong, and this is my home.” Let your mantra resonate throughout your day.
